Live webinars with a workshop pace and concrete practice tasks

Webinars are built for a single outcome: leave with a method you can repeat. Each session includes a short agenda, examples, and time for Q&A. If replay access is offered, the access window is listed on the webinar card.

Live, time-boxed sessions Guided practice prompts Q&A included

Webinar structure

Agenda → demo → practice

A compact flow that makes the session easy to follow.

Typical length

75–90 min

Includes Q&A time when possible.

Topics

  • AI workflows
  • Programming patterns
  • Language practice labs

What to expect

You will see the agenda first, then a worked example, then a short practice prompt so the method is not just theoretical. Any prerequisites are listed per session.

Pricing and purchase steps are provided in Canadian dollars (CAD) on request.

Upcoming webinar schedule

Dates below represent the next sessions currently planned. If a cohort fills or an instructor calendar shifts, we update the schedule and confirm the latest availability by email after a request.

AI Foundations Webinar

Thu, Apr 16, 2026 • Live online

A structured introduction to responsible AI use, basic evaluation habits, and prompt patterns that reduce avoidable errors. The session is designed around a repeatable checklist rather than one-off “magic prompts.”

  • Prompt hygiene: goal, constraints, context
  • Quick verification: sources, cross-checks, caveats
  • Documentation: keeping a reusable prompt log
Replay access: when listed

English Conversation Lab

Thu, May 7, 2026 • Live practice session

A guided speaking session focused on short workplace scenarios. Participants rotate through time-boxed prompts and receive targeted corrections. The goal is measurable fluency: fewer hesitations and clearer phrasing.

  • Warm-up drills for rhythm and clarity
  • Scenario prompts: updates, requests, follow-ups
  • Correction notes you can reuse for practice
Recommended: intermediate level

Python Sprint Q&A

Wed, Jun 10, 2026 • Debugging-focused

A live Q&A session designed around common errors and practical debugging habits. Bring a short snippet or a description of the issue, and we will work through it using a methodical checklist.

  • Reading stack traces without panic
  • Reducing a bug to a minimal reproducible example
  • Testing assumptions with small prints and assertions
Prerequisite: basic Python syntax
Note: webinar dates are shown in Eastern Time (ET) unless stated otherwise in the registration details.

What makes our webinars different

Webinars work best when they are narrow. Each session focuses on a single practice loop rather than a broad overview. In AI sessions, that loop is often “define → draft → verify → document.” In programming sessions, it is “read → reproduce → isolate → fix.” For language labs, it is “prompt → attempt → correction → repeat.” Those loops are unglamorous, but they map to what people actually do at work and they are easy to continue after the session ends.

If a topic needs more than a single session, we convert it into a course or an intensive and publish prerequisites and expected weekly effort. The webinar format remains for focused walk-throughs, tool updates, and Q&A sessions where learning comes from seeing decisions made in real time, including the small trade-offs.

Webinar checklist

Use this as a quick self-check before you join. It also doubles as a post-session practice plan.

  • Goal: one clear task you want to learn (not a vague topic).
  • Inputs: examples, prompts, or snippets you can share in plain text.
  • Time: 10–15 minutes after the session to repeat the steps once.
  • Notes: a simple template for outcomes and open questions.

If you need a longer format, see Courses & Programs for multi-session tracks with assignments and rubrics.

Attendance does not guarantee specific outcomes; progress depends on practice and context.
